Keith's Fradi experience
Budapest's Florian Albert Stadium and Ferencvaros - United's first opponents on the European tour on Monday evening - is not uncommon to Keith Gillespie.
Despite missing the friendly against Ferencvaros in March due to the fact that he was on international duty, he is familiar with the surroundings.
The Blades winger has played against Fradi before, in Newcastle's 1996 UEFA Cup campaign when he remembers a partisan crowd helping the home side to a 3-2 home victory.
"What I remember is the crowd here being very hostile and the full house certainly helped them. They were two up inside ten minutes and although we pulled a couple of goals back, they scored a third.
"We knew we could turn it around at St James' and beat them 4-0 - I remember David Ginola scoring a great goal."
Gillespie is part of Kevin Blackwell's 22-man squad for Monday evening's first pre-season outing. United face Ferencvaros before heading off to Belgium and then Holland.
