Kevin McCabe - Chairman
Kevin began his career in 1964 in the construction industry with a company that became part of the Bovis Group. He is a director and major shareholder in Scarborough Group, a holding company founded by him in 1980. He is also a non-executive director of Teesland plc, a listed property management and fund management company; non-executive chairman of FairBriar plc, a listed residential development company, and an executive director of certain subsidiary companies of Bank of Scotland.

Jason Rockett - Chief Executive
Jason was appointed Chief Executive in November 2005 and is responsible for development of the group's off the field activities. Jason trained as a Chartered Surveyor with the Scarborough Group of Companies and is a director of Scarborough Development Group plc.

Simon Capper - Finance Director
Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 working for Touche Ross & Co on London, and, prior to joining Scarborough he worked at DCDM, an accounting and consulting firm that epresented Andersen Worldwide, working from offices in Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania and Botswana.

John Lewis Burnley - Non Executive Director
John is senior partner of Burnley Wilson Fish, the Leeds based Chartered Quantity Surveyors. He is also a non-executive director of a number of other companies.

Michael Douglas Dudley - Non Executive Director
Michael is a Sheffield based businessman and director of a number of companies.

Andrew James Laver - Non Executive Director
Andres is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he is Managing Director of Arnold Laver & Co. Ltd.

The audit committee meets at least once every six months.
The terms of reference of the Committee include keeping under review the scope and results of the external audit and the cost effectiveness. The committee reviews the independence and objectivity of the external auditors. This includes reviewing the nature and extent of non-audit services supplied by the external auditors to the Company, seeking to balance objectivity and value for money.
