The Blades are giving a trial to Hungarian prospect Laszlo Fitos.

Midfielder Fitos, 21, will feature in Thursday evening's friendly fixture against Sheffield FC after he received the correct clearances to play.

The Hungarian youth international played and impressed against United in the recent friendly fixture in Budapest.

Blades boss Kevin Blackwell will be at Dronfield's Bright Finance Stadium to run the rule over Fitos and see how the remainder of his squad is shaping up.

Blackwell said: "We are looking forward to seeing Laszlo in action, he has done well in training and stood out when we played against him in Hungary last week."

The arrival of Fitos in Sheffield is one of the early signs that the management of both clubs are keen to develop their relationship.
