Kevin Randall - Chief Scout
Posted on: Fri 27 Jul 2007
As a player Kevin was a reputable striker, beginning his career alongside George Best in the Manchester United youth team. He also served Bury, Notts County, Mansfield Town, York City and Chesterfield.
It was at Saltergate where he gained management experience, working with success as assistant manager to John Duncan in two spells, whilst he also served the Spireites as manager in a difficult period.
He arrived at Bramall Lane in Neil Warnock's reign and is now responsible for a band of scouts that check out United's future opponents on a regular basis as well as identifying and running the rule over potential transfer targets.
